Since the new D8000 series is going to be released in spring or early summer, the price for the UN55C8000 dropped again. On Amazon it’s listed as “See price in cart“. The reason is, to my knowledge, that the manufacturer doesn’t want extremely low prices published publically.

Want a little spoiler? It’s below $2500 at the moment and that’s a real steal for a dream HDTV like the Samsung UN55C8000. As you can see from the specs, it’s one of the best LEDs of it’s size and if you have ever seen it live you know this isn’t an empty promise.

Order quickly as long as stock lasts, if the new model hits the market the price is probably going to increase again since it sells really fast. At Vanns (see post below) they’ll give you a great deal if you want to get free 3D glasses and a free 3D Blu-Ray player.
